C.H. Coakley is a business-management solutions firm with eight divisions; commercial moving, warehouse, logistics, records archives, secure data services, micro-graphics, printing, and portable storage. The firm approached Clear Verve with two goals, to promote its upcoming food drive – Dinner on the Mayflower, and develop and implement a long-term strategy to improve the company’s visiblity and communications.

The Strategy

Clear Verve jumped right in, assisting with solicitation letters and press releases to bring attention to the Dinner on the Mayflower event. At the same time, we researched and organized a communications strategy for C.H. Coakley to introduce them to the media and improve communication with current and prospective customers.

The Results

The Dinner on the Mayflower food drive succeeded in collecting 4,000 pounds of food for Hunger Task Force and received coverage from WTMJ (Channel 4), with Mike Coakley and Sherrie Tussler of Hunger Task Force interviewed in the station’s studio. Clear Verve is also working on an ongoing media relations plan and has implemented both an e-newsletter and printed newsletter to facilitate regular communication on the wide variety of services offered by C.H. Coakley.
