Clear Verve Marketing  

The Waukesha Business Improvement District (BID) supports and promotes the revitalization of historic downtown Waukesha businesses, organizations and retailers.  Clear Verve is an active member of the marketing committee for the historic downtown Waukesha BID and involved with many initiatives to support the area.

Clear Verve Marketing Project Details  

The Strategy

Through marketing support and community collaboration, Clear Verve worked with volunteers, business owners, and the BID staff to plan and execute an informative polybag distribution effort within a targeted area as well as other marketing tactics to support the BID.

The Results

Within a two week period over 7,000 polybags with information on downtown, coupons and a welcome note from the BID were delivered to homes within a specific ZIP Code area.  A 10% response was measured for this effort.   Clear Verve also created additional marketing tactics to support the BID marketing plan including creation of a banner for ”Let’s Meet Downtown”  awareness presentations, recent advertisements, a postcard and will also provide ongoing marketing planning.
